RMA Form

1. Email ICW customer service at rma@icw.cc using the form below for RMA authorization and to receive an RMA number.
2. An RMA must be issued by ICW and must be enclosed with the returned product.
3. Requests made within 30 days of the invoice date will avoid a restocking fee providing the product is returned in a resellable condition.
4. Product must be returned in its original packaging to receive credit. A 15 - 25% restocking fee may apply to products returned between 30 - 59 days after the date of invoice.
5. Returns will not be accepted on any custom orders or products returned after 60 days.
6. The customer is responsible for all freight and any damage caused in return shipping. We recommend insuring your return packages with your freight company.
